"It pays to take life seriously; things work out when you trust in God", Proverbs 16:20. This is the message version but the truth is universal. Its sort of an oxymoron though. In one breath it's saying its good to take life seriously and in the next it's saying that things work out when we trust God. So it's saying that we must take life seriously but that we must not worry because God has it all worked out. These two things can and do happen simultaneously. We are accountable with what we've been given and God is in control, pulling the strings.
My prayer for you today is that you'd be faithful with what you've been given and that you'd see God work things out as you trust in Him. May worry be a thing of the past and may joy be your portion.
He says we must not fear . But what to do, when there are a hundred things to worry about?

DeleteYou don't have to worry about anything. Just give your cares to God cos he cares for you. He works everything out for your good and is protecting and providing for you! He loves u xxx
